Mokins Healthcare Staffing (“Mokins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy applies when you visit mhstaffings.com, submit forms, communicate with us, apply for staffing opportunities, request healthcare staffing, inquire about home health/home care, or opt in to communications.
We may collect names, addresses, email addresses, mobile/telephone numbers, form submissions, communications preferences, employment and professional information, resumes, qualifications, licenses, certifications, availability, references, facility/staffing information, and information voluntarily provided in connection with home health/home care inquiries. We may also collect IP address, browser/device information, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, and website interactions.
We use information to respond to inquiries; administer staffing and care-related services; recruit, credential, onboard, schedule, and communicate with healthcare professionals; support facility staffing; provide customer support; secure and improve systems; maintain records; measure website/campaign performance; comply with legal and contractual duties; and send communications for which legally sufficient consent has been provided.
If you expressly opt in to a Mokins SMS/MMS program, we may use your mobile number to send the categories of messages selected during opt-in. These may include non-marketing messages about inquiries, appointments, applications, staffing, scheduling, services, care coordination, accounts, or customer service, and marketing messages only when separately consented to.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mokins does not sell or share SMS opt-in data or messaging consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Providing a mobile number alone does not constitute consent to marketing texts. Where required, SMS consent is obtained through affirmative opt-in. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services. Marketing and non-marketing messaging consent may be offered separately. Consent checkboxes should not be pre-selected.
Message frequency varies based on the program and your interactions with Mokins. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation message, after which no further messages from that program will be sent unless you opt in again. Certain information may be PHI under HIPAA when Mokins acts as a covered entity or business associate. When HIPAA applies, applicable HIPAA requirements and any Notice of Privacy Practices, business associate agreement, or authorization govern. This Privacy Policy is not a HIPAA authorization and does not replace a required Notice of Privacy Practices.
We may use cookies, analytics, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate and improve the website and measure performance. Tracking technologies should not be configured to impermissibly disclose PHI. Applicable state-law opt-out rights will be provided where required.
We may provide information, other than protected SMS opt-in data as described above, to service providers/subcontractors supporting hosting, CRM, communications delivery, scheduling, IT/security, credentialing, billing, analytics, and customer support, subject to appropriate restrictions. We may also disclose information where legally required. This does not authorize third-party marketing use of mobile opt-in information or SMS consent.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and applicable healthcare, employment, credentialing, licensing, tax, insurance, contractual, security, and recordkeeping duties. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.
Where an applicable state privacy law covers Mokins and the information at issue, individuals may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, portability, and applicable opt-out choices. Certain healthcare or employment information may be exempt. Mokins maintains reasonable safeguards for covered Illinois personal information and will provide breach notices when required. If CCPA/CPRA or another comprehensive state privacy law applies, Mokins will provide required notices and rights.
The public website is not directed to children under 13, and Mokins does not knowingly collect their personal information online for general website purposes in circumstances governed by COPPA.
